What I Had for Lunch Today: Minestrone with Sperlonga

Ali made this soup, and it was full of vegetables, but beyond that I can't say much about its creation. I jazzed it up with a typical Italian garnish of butter, Parmesan, and fresh parsley snipped from my garden...plus a dusting of cayenne pepper. I ate it with some of Whole Foods' fabulous sperlonga.
