What I Had for Lunch Today: "Bacon" and Egg Sandwich

Today, I toasted an English muffin, buttered it, and topped it with a fried egg, two slices of veggie bacon, and some sliced grape tomatoes. I ate it with a salad of romaine, red pepper, celery, and fresh parsley, drizzled with a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and cracked pepper. Beverage: my usual cup of tea.
