What I Had for Lunch Today: Egg Salad Sandwich

This afternoon I made myself an egg salad sandwich: one hard-boiled egg; a stalk of celery and a few bread-and-butter pickle slices, chopped; and some mayonnaise on whole-grain bread with a couple of leaves of lettuce. I accompanied this by a Campari tomato dressed with olive oil, sea salt, pepper, parsley, and chive. A few kettle chips would've been nice, too.
