A Luminous Halo

What I Had for Lunch Today: Mush

Today in a spider I sautéed onions, peppers (sweet and hot), and garlic in a little bit of oil. I added some chopped swiss chard and then dumped in a can of pink beans. When all that was heated through, I topped it with some grated cheese and cooked it just until the cheese melted. I ate it with a whole-wheat tortilla, heated in another spider till it puffed up.

I have no idea what all that adds up to, although it tasted pretty good. So I'm just calling it "mush."
