What I Had for Lunch Today: Ribs

Lunch today was Gardenburger "ribs," a white potato, a sweet potato, and some sautéed Swiss chard. These ribs have a chewy, very meat-like texture and a sweet and sour sauce which is pretty good. You nuke them for about three minutes and they're ready. Everything else is completely unprocessed.
