Déjeuner sur la Balancelle

Lunch today was this delicious salad:

Organic romaine
Unfiltered olive oil I brought back from Umbria
Fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt
Cracked black pepper
Crushed red pepper
Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
Sautéed "chicken" strips
Cashew nuts

Accompany with tea and eat on glider while reading Schopenhauer. Don't forget to share some with a dog.

Working from home rocks!
