Bread Euphoria is a bakery I like very much. Unfortunately for me, it's kind of in the middle of nowhere, way up in Haydenville, so I don't go there very often. But friend Maggie wanted some Happy-Sacks, which Bread Euphoria sells, and she had this idea of treating me to a birthday breakfast, so the other day we drove over. Maggie found what she was looking for, and I got a yummy panino (that's what you call ONE "panini").Bread Euphoria is so tiny and minimalist, I was surprised I hadn't ever noticed their interesting light fixtures. The shades are nothing but paper coffee cups slipped over the light bulbs. Simple, clever, effective, charming.
