My mother used to make onion rings by dipping raw onion into milk and then flour, and deep frying. That was it. No cornmeal. I didn't run back into the kitchen to see how these were made, but they tasted just like Mom's. You never know when you're going to hit it lucky.

The Perfect Onion Ring
My mother used to make onion rings by dipping raw onion into milk and then flour, and deep frying. That was it. No cornmeal. I didn't run back into the kitchen to see how these were made, but they tasted just like Mom's. You never know when you're going to hit it lucky.
