Tech Sidewalk

Snowstorm this week. Everybody in the neighborhood's been out shoveling, sanding, and salting. Except the City of Springfield, that is. The former Technical High School, a building which belongs to the City, is neglected as usual. If I left my sidewalk unshoveled like this, I'd be looking at a citation.
